and we've been asking Equinix AP for this for a while now. may be some
calls to your friendly a/c manager will help (at least for those at EQX).
Seems like its a no brainer to include an OOB service as part of the
co-location deal. It's basically down to a copper cross connect
(whether it's to a telco MDF, or another carrier, or to the colo
operated router).
