Buried somewhere in the guts of Cacti config is a parameter on each graph which specifies the
maximum possible value. Look for "upper limit" on your graph templates.

You probably have yours set to 100 Mbps, which will result in "clipping" at that value. Set it to
1 Gbps (or 0 for "no limit") and you'll be right to go.
