Hi Daniel,

Just to elaborate further on the comments which have already been made:

1. The APNIC public records contain the below details in regards to
103.18.204.0/22

apnic|AU|ipv4|103.18.204.0|1024|20130321|allocated

inetnum: 103.18.204.0 - 103.18.207.255
netname: GLOVINEPTYLTD-AU
descr: GloVine Pty Ltd
descr: PO Box 7133, Richmond Victoria 3121
country: AU

All geolocation information points to Australia

2. Have checked GeoIP website http://www.maxmind.com, which also points
IP 103.18.206.70 to Australia eg.

P Address Country Code Location Postal Code Coordinates ISP
Organization Domain Metro Code
103.18.206.70	AU	Australia,
Oceania -27,
133	GloVine Pty Ltd - Sydney Gaming Network	GloVine Pty Ltd - Sydney
Gaming Network	glonetwork.com.au

3. After registration of a game server with http://www.gametracker.com/
it appears that the enduser has the ability to change geolocation
information, overriding the values imported from APNIC.

I hope this information has been of assistance.

Kind regards,
Elly
