[AusNOG] IP Location showing as Japan

I have attempted numerious times to contact GameTracker without any success

I have seen alot of forum threads from 2006 - 2011 but nothing recent on their forums :S

Its not that much of a big deal, but i was thinking if it was APNIC's side then it could be globally fixed, the only current way is for each game server customer to take ownership on gametracker and set the flag which takes 5minutes per game server to do, and customers dont like having to do it but i guess they will have to suck it up for the time being.

Hi Daniel,

Rather then contacting APNIC as Scott mentioned, I would suggest contacting the website http://www.gametracker.com and ask them how they classify this IP as Japan based, and get them to change it.

Gday Noggers,

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend,

We have had a small issue with our /22 Allocation from APNIC for the past 8 months, and every time I contact APNIC they have no idea what I am talking about and say its 3rd party so they can not assist me,

If you visit, http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=103.18.206.70

You will see these 3 game servers along with many more on our /22 show up as Japan even tho we are in Australia,

I was wondering if anybody may be able to assist me and tell me where in MyAPNIC it might get this information from so I can correct it.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

D.
