[AusNOG] BigPond Mail team

I am hoping someone can direct me to a contact in the Bigpond Mail team. I work for a small esp and my client is sending a considerable volume (national brand, opt-in email, 20M messages per month) and needs to discuss what rate we are able to send to bigpond without causing a problem for either side. 

Unfortunately support is useless and a google through the AusNOG archives discuss requesting this, but no contact details were sent to the thread. 

Any help is much appreciated
