IPv6 is not just IPv4 with bigger addresses. IPv6 hosts
have multiple addresses on the same interface with different
purposes. The server side of connections lives on long
term stable addresses. The client side of connections use
short term addresses to prevent servers tracking user
connections to the same machine. All nets look like hotspots
	to servers.
Now one can override this behaviour but it is what should
	be occuring by default.
