I built out a UNI-D lab for a customer to support their on-boarding 
process a while back. It's fairly straight forward. We used a 3845, 
couple of 3750 (to simulate the QinQ config) and some cheap CPE devices.

If anyone wants a copy of the device configurations drop me a note off 
list, I'll be happy to redact and forward them.
