[AusNOG] NBN Sandpit

The Sandpit is a gateway to the onboarding process and to test "beta" NBN product offerings for RSP's.

Generally speaking, the NBN published spec of NNI/CVC/AVC are fairly good, and you could make up a lab fairly easily, if you have appropriate hardware.  The main requirements there are fancy S/C tag support with QoS.
