A couple weeks ago I was sent an offer for a /22 at $12 per IP, and
another for $12 per IP for a /19, but then saw another for a /20 who
wanted $17 per IP - you know where that one went ;)
The $17 per IP was however a broker, the 12 buckers were direct holders.
So if you're offered sky high prices, it would be the brokers reaping in
the rewards, but this is Australia, the land of opportunity (to be
ripped off)
