[AusNOG] Google peering dropped off

Seeing it here too, the whole day seemed pretty low (about 20% as 
suggested).

Causing my *Youtube*'s to load very slow, even the ads are stopping to 
buffer on 360p :( how am I meant to work if I can't waste the day on 
Youtube?
