I didn't understand half of what you said.

I need to know how to set up work arounds.

The providers in my area are not going to deliver v6 to me.

I've been following Marks advice for 18 months.  I've got as afar as one 
on one discussion with the guy who actually designs the network within 
the carrier (a point that most people don't even try to get to) and it's 
very clear that they won't have v6 for me any time soon due to on going 
vendor problems.

So I'm not really left with much choice unless I'm happy to drop my net 
speeds to 10% of what I have and also dual stack.
