[AusNOG] The price of v6 - Re: last mile IPv6

This and the TPG thread prompted me to ask what IPv6 is costing.
What does an Internode plan cost for the same value as you get on your
TPG plan?
TPG - 200Gb - $100
Internode - 200G, v6 - $150
That puts a price of $50 a month on v6.
What's the real cost here?
