[AusNOG] Cloudflare offline

Hopefully no one. A full and frank discussion of an outage that was a combination of problems helps customers and providers alike.  The threat of disciplinary action is the sort of talk that caused a lot of planes to crash in developing country's and nations that put face before common sense in the 70's and 80's 

Cloudflair  should be applauded for there upfront frank discussion on the event.
