Its also pretty disgraceful to think internet really matters for those 2
billion too. He doesn't think those without space have only themselves to
blame, he thinks those that are still caught in v4 land have only
themselves to blame. Theres a difference.

It might be bad that Somalia has no ip space and to get some will cost a
tonne, but whats worse is thinking it a good idea they start off with v4
instead of v6, They'll just get screwed down the track...
