Line 1 from the link I quoted: "The current minimum delegation size is a /24
(256 addresses)." Indeed, that is the only hit for "minimum" in that doc :)
>From what I can see, the old distinction of assignment vs allocation seems
to have effectively disappeared with final /8 (again, happy to be corrected
if I'm missing it).
