[AusNOG] it it just me or is Optus QLD cable getting more and more unreliable in recent months?

Thanks Joshua, I should also clarify that loss even to internal Optus IP
addresses occurs during these windows. Is it just a DOCSIS 3.0 problem I
wonder.
