Hi Mark,
Yes, that is how typical Council's operate.
We on the other hand like do things a little differently.
We have operated a licensed microwave WAN for our remote sites and other interested parties for the last 7 years.
With the NBN Co rollout, we see this as a prime opportunity to increase the services offered.
So as of a couple of weeks ago, Gosford City Council is now a licensed Carrier and hopefully signing WBA shortly.
