The NBNCo multicast offering is purely for delivery of data from RSP--> 
Customer.  There is no capability for customer-->RSP multicast.

Each RSP has a multicast domain, and there are hard limitations 
regarding the number of groups each RSP can deliver (based on hardware 
limitations in NBNCo kit).

Given that dual-stack will be with us for many years, what will 
multicast v6 deliver that cant be done using v4?
