[AusNOG] Mike Quigley has resigned

That's a shame. I was always impressed with his understanding of the 
NBN's big picture. Pity he never got a lot of cut through in the main 
stream media. I guess that's what happens when you render there 
broadcast linences and pay TV networks redundant overnight.
