[AusNOG] Internal use MAC addresses

There was a best practice in an RFC somewhere but I can't for the life of
me find it. It'll be in one of the Ethernet standards possibly WLAN.

I'd suggest anything like AAA:AAA:AAA:001   etc  would probably do :)
