[AusNOG] Qwest sydney ipv6 issues?

Anyone seeing issues with qwest sydney peering over ipv6 at the moment?
Some akamai servers are going via as209 for us at the moment and 
everything stops at as209.sydney.pipenetworks.com [2001:7fa:b::2c]

For example:  a19.dscg10.akamai.net [2600:140e:5::3f96:8343]

I've tried to look for another qwest ipv6 address to compare but not 
sure where to begin looking!
