Hey noggers,

I'm wondering if anyone has a tool that will let you input a range, say 89.0.0.0/8  and it will spit out every subnet with owner AS. I've looked on robtex and such but doesn't seem to be anything quite right.

I'd expect output to be something like:
89.0.4.0/23  AS1234
