I've used nodaddy for more years than I care to remember via same
reseller, never had a problem, ever.

Sure, I question some of godaddy's "policy" decisions and easy suckups
for takedowns OBO the US DHS etc, but thats never affected me, and never
needed their support so can't comment there.
