That's a very different proposition.

At that time iiNet acquired the residential customer base of OzEmail
whlist UUNet/Verizon opted to keep the network infrastructure and
associated peering agreements (MM answered this question in a Whirlpool
post of mine a while ago).

In this case, TPG have acquired all of AAPT from what I've read - this
should (in theory at least) result in them gaining access to this
braindead agreement.
