[AusNOG] TPG buys AAPT for $450m

Negative - Not sure we have enough information to divine that. 
Consolidation usually produces less competitiveness and as such higher 
prices. I wonder if this sale is on the ACCC's radar as yet.

 From a purely engineering point of view I know a lot of players here. 
(Us included) have transit with both PIPE/tpg and AAPT and im sure a 
sale will result in some erosion of diversity between the two.  I feel 
we may have hit the bottom in transit prices now and we are redoing out 
sums on the transit price trajectory over the next few years.
