[AusNOG] List of NBN Wholesale providers

Hi all,

There was a thread a couple of months back regarding a list of users who
offer NBN wholesale.

Unfortunately, this list:

Is horribly out of date. I'm pretty sure Eftel and Platform don't at least,
and ispONE is probably not a good choice at this time!

It'd be great if someone could provide a list and some rough pricing, or
even just details on who is correct on that list, who should be added and
who should be removed.

Replies on-list would be good for everyone, but I'd still appreciate any
replies off list too!
