Its worth noting bgp.he.net is neither 100% accurate, nor quick to update. At times I have seen it take weeks to update networks with new routes, peers and specifically announcements.

After yesterdays discusson on Vocus, I've just checked he.net<http://he.net> BGP stuff for something unrelated, and seems Vocus is now 90% he.net<http://he.net> ? Anyone else notice that?
As a further aside, can anyone explain how blacklotus seems to be protecting a vocus->sisgroup->CE /24 yet he.net<http://he.net> BGP doesn't seem to reflect that (perhaps its out of date?)?
