[AusNOG] Transit provider recommendations

After yesterdays discusson on Vocus, I've just checked he.net BGP stuff for
something unrelated, and seems Vocus is now 90% he.net ? Anyone else notice
that?

As a further aside, can anyone explain how blacklotus seems to be
protecting a vocus->sisgroup->CE /24 yet he.net BGP doesn't seem to reflect
that (perhaps its out of date?)?
