I think going by the map in the slide deck it is a pretty safe assumption that the dot in the middle of the country is the Pine Gap facility and the dot on the east coast is the Canberra ASIO / ASIS facility. What I find most interesting is the dot in WA / Perth, off the top of my head I wasn't aware there was any joint security facilities, could it be they have some racks in QV1? (doubtful I know).
