But this isn't a single user nor a single user looking for help from
an ISP but from someone informing the list about an issue that I
_know_ from experience will be leading to helpdesk calls for people.
Is it relevant to you? Maybe not, but that doesn't mean this post is
a problem and therefore noise for everyone.
(FWIW it's not relevant to me at all, but from previous lives I know
it would have been useful).

It's a (relatively) free world. If that's what works for you then
great. I send AUSNOG (and all lists) to their own folders and read it
when I have a chance.
