[AusNOG] Telstra connectivity issues to US

Anyone seeing issues with connectivity to the US via telstra? I'm seeing on
average 40% packet loss to the US, beginning around 7:50 PM EST?

Seeing issues to most US routes, ie:

Hurricane Electric's Fremont 1 DC (216.218.252.161)
and
Amazon US West 1 (205.251.229.233)
