I think the trouble with being Niche is that you need to constantly find new ways to stay niche. Take your eye off the ball for 2 minutes and you can find you have a niche product that everybody else has.

Exactly mate.  Looking for examples of ISPs to focus on a particular ethnic market - just for some examples in a presentation - about why being a nisch player is still a viable business model.
