[AusNOG] Ethnic Centric ISPs in Australia?

Not really.

In the past I've been involved in building some half dozen ISPs that were
owned by, and focused on a particular ethnic community such as: Korean,
Arabic, German, Chinese, etc... but they've all gone out of business over
the past 10 years... I hope no reflection on me ;-)   Some of them were a
long time ago and dialup/ISDN ISPs.

Just wondering if anyone was focusing on them these days... they are hard
to find as they don't come up in search results for the most part due to
the foreign language websites, etc.

BTW, this is just info for a presentation at a conference. Its about small
ISPs and niche markets.
