[AusNOG] Ethnic Centric ISPs in Australia?

Oh so expats would be a prime example?

I know of a couple though I forget their names, came across a UK one
(though it might have just been a VPN company enabling them to watch BBC
from australia, rather than a full blown ISP :P)
