That’s not an unusual anomaly; It’s also cheaper for me to fly 1000km from
Sydney to Brisbane than it is for me to get a cab 20km to the airport.

it's apparently cheaper to get a per MB price to L.A on southern cross
cable, than per MB on NBN at 10km's
