[AusNOG] Nationwide AARNET problem?

Hi Jacob,

Earlier this morning, there was a power outage at ANU (Australian National University) in Canberra.

This affected some customers in Canberra with only a single connection to AARNet, so this was not a "Nationwide AARNET problem"
