[AusNOG] UK unused /8 address

I'd prefer for them to hold onto it.

Technically, v4 shortages help spur v6 provisioning. Any effort put into reclaiming v4 address space would be much better used implementing v6.

Financially, if the bean counters can make it work for them, it'll still take forever for it to be freed up. The longer they wait the more valuable it becomes, at least until usage flips.

Let it rot.
