Posting a follow up.

Pack and Send were able to help - after we overcame some obstacles.

I specified I wanted a box about 10cm high - or thereabouts. That made
the person on the phone immediately disregard all boxes higher than 10
cm.. After going online, and seeing some replies from other noggers, I
found a suitable box on their web site.

After sitting on my order for a week, today I received a phone call
telling me they were shipping my order. And, that shipping across town
will cost $70. For a $17 box, bubble wrap, and peanuts. I have moved
thousands of dollars of gear across town cheaper than that.

Seriously bad service! Obviously some Pack and send franchieses are
better than others.
