+1 on the ME3400EG platform.
The 12 port version is really 16 ports, the 4 extra ports are NNI.
They have optional dual power, DC options and will convert 802.1ab to
cisco q-inq, do lacp and interception.
OOBM is available on a 100M copper port or the standard cisco console.
There's also a layer 3 ios, so it's also a router ...... :P
