Well for one thing, this proves that the government is managing to keep
everyone happy, i.e.



a)     If you’re in a labor electorate then you’re happy because you are
getting NBN first (because your electorate is supporting the government),
and

b)    If you’re in a liberal/nationals electorate then you’re happy because
you are not getting NBN (because your electorate doesn’t want it).



I don’t see the problem?
