The service is up, but you may see errors like this if your IP is being blocked.

Hi all,
We're a large client with inbound mail errors through messagelabs: error from testexchangeconnectivity.com is " Service Temporarily Unavailable".
Seems to be related to cluster8a.us.messagelabs.com..
Anyone else having issues, or know a contact at messagelabs? Will be greatly appreciative.
