Comcast isn't into peering widely anymore.  They're trying to use market dominance to monetize interconnect at the expense of their customer performance.

Although at the moment many funny games are going on here in the US.  The "transit free" networks by definition only peer but that whole concept is breaking down a bit at the moment.
