You reckon?? !!
How about teams of regulatory affairs staff and lawyers? They count
for nothing? All those end of year parties at parliament house (dang
there goes my invitations!)
Add them up sometime. You'll reach millions in each of the big telcos.
The small players neglect this at their peril (well, that's why they
should participate in and support their friendly associations :-)
