[AusNOG] Q about time zones especially UTC

Hi

Wondering what people are using for time stamps for logs/reporting.  I have recently been asked by the business to look into moving over to UTC. Seems like there is a Financial requirement to start to record / report things in utc to allow for global transaction matching.  

I figure if I am going to start report application stuff in utc, I might as well start moving it all over to utc (except for desktops).

So what do ISP, Tier 1,2 providers (people who operate in multiple time zones) use ?
