[AusNOG] Any Bulletproof NOC admin's on-list?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there are any BulletProof NOC admin's on-list -
We're having some issues accessing BulletProof hosted websites
(rest.com.au, whirlpool.net.au and others) from our IP ranges and
emails to support at bulletproof appear to have fallen on deaf ears...
(and calling support just resulted in 'send an email to support')
response...

Issue isn't new (ie, its been occurring for some time) but tis
particularly painful now that one of our client's primary websites is
now hosted with BulletProof.


(Seems to be our subnet - no problems accessing sites and/or
tracerouting from another users iiNet connection - No problems!)
