[AusNOG] Announcing the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) Region

I was pretty shocked at the pricing too.
I spun up an instance last night and the only thing I noticed was that from my residential connection it was routing via .jp, but from the two business grade services I tested it was all local, loving that latency!
