[AusNOG] Disaster Response best practices / summit / gathering

I'm hoping at minimum we share more knowledge that would influence future
builds, help change / adjust policies from lessons of others. Help build
our network so we have contact points with each other organizations. If the
group wants to create any best practices or recommendations to influence
Government policy that would be great, that would probably be better then a
'do-gooder' that might not have a clue.
