  It is important to note (from the second link given from Shaun) that 
your own WHMCS installations aren't at risk of exploitation, this was a 
social engineering 'hack', i.e. they impersonated Matt with WHMCS's 
hosting company to gain details to their hosting server.

  But of course, all your other information such as tickets and billing 
information should be on the lookout to change, change all your 
important passwords especially if for some reason you supplied it in a 
ticket to WHMCS or anything of that nature.
