[AusNOG] thepiratebay.se (194.71.107.15) connectivity issues

Which is strange, since for me, 194.71.107.0/24 is behind 194.14.56.2 in 
the traceroute!  (Note: the last hop doesn't show, but the site is 
reachable in a browser)  And as said below, it's going via HE.
