I'm a fan of the Juniper SRX used both as a router and firewall,
mainly SRX100 thru SRX650, but though you can disable flow mode,
it's really designed for flows not just raw packet forwarding.

The thruput specs you see on the data sheet seem to be roughly correct,
so starting with a SRX100H (or better a clustered pair) would probably 
be OK.
YMMV, then there is the 240 or the expandability of the 650.
